Stokes Award for Energy and Environment Journalism, the Collier Prize for State Accountability Reporting, the Barlett & Steele Award, and the Association of Health Care Journalists' Award for Excellence in Health Care Journalism.

Before joining NJ.com, she wrote about the environment, climate change, and public health. She has worked with The Washington Post, Grist, The Guardian, Public Health Watch, Business Insider, VICE, and more. She honed her reporting skills at the Investigative Reporting Lab in her native Skopje, North Macedonia.
